RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately, but no later than 48 hours from the date of delivery, either by calling +256775593768 or emailing us on alabasterandnard@gmail.com. Provide detailed information about the issue, the item delivered and delivery date and, if possible, include relevant photographs. We will promptly evaluate the matter and take appropriate steps to rectify it.
You have a 48 hour return window, starting from the date of delivery, to request a return for an eligible item. This does not include weekends and holidays.
To start a return, please contact us on +256775593768. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your refund, please contact us.
